Glenalmond Avis 

Dealt with Glenalmond, when I required some floor screeding. Can't fault the service whatsoever. From start to finish, it was a real positive experience. The whole team where very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The team arrived promptly, and did just as they advised. When the bill came in, it just as I had been expecting. Fully recommend them as a company.

Asked this company to quote for floor screed and under floor heating, after sometime, they eventually arranged a survey.
Charlie visited and spent a lot of time, checking and measuring everything, he was most helpful. He said they would send a quote, which they did.
This is when it all went wrong, I dared to ask why they were quoting the wrong VAT rate, I was ignored, then I got curt replies with 3/4 words, I persisted eventually Stuart called and said it was not them that did the UFH and would send a new quote without heating and ask Stuart to call me to discuss.
New quote arrived but no call, again I persisted and eventually got a call from Charlie, who was abusive, swearing and telling me he had far more important jobs to do than mine, and he had been "shot at the weekend" so I suggested he call the police.

I wrote a complaint to the boss Mr John Campbell Stewart, who replied and said he would look into it, despite sending reminders still no reply.

My advice is to avoid this company, if the boss is not interested in the company reputation and customer service, no wonder his staff are not. I am suspicious of any business in 2015 who are not on social media as it looks like they don't want others to see if they give poor service to customers.
