However, Emma Shale, took the time out of her day to host a personal training session with myself over teams to run me through the system and show me how to get the best out of it for my specific role! Made it much easier to understand how to use the system and how to make it work for my needs! Thank you Emma!

Teams Meeting
I had a really productive Teams call with my account manager, Emma, and I couldn’t be happier with the support she provided. She took the time to walk me through key features in Glenigan, especially around using ranking lists more effectively, and explained everything in a clear, practical way that I can put into use straight away.
What really stood out was how proactive and genuinely helpful she was. Emma offered to review my saved searches, investigate projects I couldn’t access, and even help arrange training for another team member. It’s rare to get support that feels this tailored and hands‑on.
Overall, a really positive experience, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly supportive. Thanks, Emma!
