Glitterlution Avis 

I bought £50 worth of glitter for myself and my daughter for xmas. Not only did it all arrive in plenty of time, the pots were full to the brim with environmentally friendly glitter. Very happy.xxx

I have bought gorgeous glitter and beautiful biodegradable glitter confetti from these lovely folk on several occasions. I’ve used it for various work events and personal use including my wedding. It’s great quality, super service and eco friendly. Highly recommended ✨

Ordered 3x 100ml of glitter back in 2018. Made supercute environmentally-friendly glitterboobs and glitterbutts with my bff, recieved lots of compliments! The glitter was amazing.

There was a mistake in the items shipped, but Glitterlution was quick to correct the situation.

I run my own glitter business- however due to health issues I will be winding it down this year, so can no longer really buy in 12KG+ for my business and for the families Indulge Me side of things (in the products and at our parties).

So the manufacturer advised we place an order through Glitterlution- as this was their recommended smaller scale seller at wholesale.

Mum placed an order with Glitterlution on the May bank holiday weekend, however this was before dad was admitted to hospital and other health related issues and things had come to light. So after the scary revelation about the future etc, and as per their terms and conditions we emailed them back in under 24 hours of placing the order to ask to cancel, apologising.

Glitterlution were lovely and accepted the cancellation and told us to message back in a week if we’d heard nothing.

We’ve sent them a handful of emails now, asking for almost £250 back. It has officially been over one month since they were paid and asked to cancel the order. And they’ve have stopped replying to our emails.

They have our money, and have neither sent the glitter out to us, or processed the refund.

This is not how you conduct a business 🙄
I would advise people to avoid this company, as their treatment of customers is disgusting.

The owner- Has now blocked me on facebook, instagram, twitter and has deleted their business facebook page. Taken down their etsy and ebay sales pages and is blocking anyone that asks about their missing products.

He has even reported all of the Trust Pilot reviews and I have been asked to edit mine, 4 times!!!

Since starting a support group for other people affected, there are now 10+ of us with confirmed dates and totals dating to MAY 2018!! So this is not an isolated incident. Between the 10 of us, Glitterlution owes almost £4000. One lady, ordered in February 2019 and was then asked in April to send an additional £3K as the owner had spent all the money and had no glitter and was desperate.

So my money was never going to become glitter. We start court proceedings as a group next month unless this is resolved.

Ronald Britton & Bioglitter have now stripped Glitterlution of their licensing of the product. Please do not order with Glitterlution.

This is not a one off, due to a break down of health and issues. I have solid evidence that this has been going on for a while and we are never going to see the glitter.

I have received NO customer service or resolution from the owner or from Glitterlution at all. All I have received is him trying to take down my review. This has not been resolved. I still have neither glitter nor money!
