I paid them on 22/12/2023 to do my work in 10 days. And they never did it and I never received it. They said the work will be delivered on 12/01/2024 because the resubmission was for today, 15/01/2024. Believe me? I never received any work. I have been contact them regarding my work, the guy name Alex said they cannot rush writer do delivery my work on day that was supposed to be delivered. And the delivery day passed, and I contacted him. Again, Alex said, the they just missed one day to delivery the work and he doesn't understand why i am complaining for no reason. Always they say, we will delivery it today but they never did. But to make payment they called me 100 times and they left WhatsApp messages 100 times to make me pay because I did not want to order with them. Poor customer service!I place an order on 04/12/23 to be ready for 08/12/2023.On 07/12/2023 I have received not completed order, I notify them the order is not completed, they confirm that they will deliver the full task shortly, and since then nothing else have been sent.I asked them to refund me as I didn't meat the decline and NO REFUND!Very poor customer service!!!

Instead of the thorough and perceptive work I had expected, the topic was simple, similar to explanations at a nursery school based on definitions.

This company is extremely sus and unprofessional on multiple levels. They put fake reviews on their website and they will hide their personal names and replace with English names to appear professional yet their writting has multiple grammar mistakes. I had paid for 3 different assignments and each has a dreadful experience. The 1st one seemed like it was written by a kid, it made zero sense, it was riddled with grammar mistakes and was just awful despite I had provided them with detailed criteria of what was expected. I had phoned to complain and they had advised that I could "revise" the assignment; when I did, they said I have to pay an additional fee. So despite my work was already a mess, they asked for additional payment to fix there own damn mistakes. Moving on my other assignment was delivered 7 days late and thats only because i had to constantly chase and deliver a threatening email, then once delivered, had zero references so again all for nothing and there "100% money back guarantee" is an absolute lie.
Avoid avoid avoid don't end up like me where you have to do your assignments from scratch and your a few hundred quid less. Its not worth the hassle!

Poor Quality Work and Unprofessionalism from this Team
I had an incredibly unpleasant experience working with this team. They initially quoted me a high price for the job and were very persistent in getting my business. However, as soon as I agreed to their lowered offer, the quality of their work was shockingly poor. Not only did they miss deadlines, but they also failed to provide adequate answers and support material.
When I requested a revision, it took them an entire week to deliver and even then, it was still incomplete. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. It's clear that they do not value their clients' time or needs.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund due to the subpar work and lack of professionalism, they outright refused. This is completely unacceptable and shows that this team only cares about taking money from their clients rather than providing quality work.
Based on my experience, I highly advise against working with this team. Their lack of quality work and unprofessional behaviour is not worth the headache and disappointment that comes with it. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable and reputable team to work with. So, always be aware before choosing any company or team for your project.

I have ordered a work from them previously in December and the work they provided me was sold for another student as well. I have contacted them in regards to this issue with evidence and they denied the accusation even though I have pure evidence. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE. Ther are lying and accusing you in the end. Not offering any sort of compensations or anything to correct there mistake.
