Global Exchange Limited - in London only Avis 

Oficina de Tenerife Sur, me dicen que mis dolares son falsos y no los cambian. Como pueden decir algo tan grave, sin nisiqueira comprobarlo? Vergonzoso! Obviamente el dinero era válido y lo cambié en Western Union donde tienen maquinaria más seria para comprobar los billetes.

Disgusting experience in this store today.
Not only did both the cashiers/management lie to me about the 50000 Lebanese Dinar note I tried to exchange back into £ Pounds saying it was worth just £1.30 when actually it's current rate of exchange is £27.50 on 3rd January 2023.
But also (the man I believe to be the manager) snatched the money from my hands, spraining my wrist and then threw the currency back at me, muttering something spiteful which I couldn't quite make out.
Appalling experience, as I was doing a favour for a friend who is currently going through a break up with his fiancé.
Real shame as I'm simply a doing both parties a favour.
I reported this to the Police. And I will be contacting Trading Standards.

I asked for €400 in MAD. Using my MasterCard for payment.
They told me that the exchange rate was 10:1, so it would be 4000MAD
They took 300MAD as commission and gave me 2200 in cash and 1500 on a Global Debit card. When I saw my bank statement they said I withdrew 4457
MAD.
Making their commission 745 MAD!!!! My bank charged me €33. Meaning it cost €100 to get €400 worth of MADs in Marrakesh Airport.

This is completely trust and wworthy money transfering system. They had completed my transfer within less than a 1working day. Competitive rates for all the time... highly recommend with 10 stars...

I been using this company for long time. Fantastic company. They paid in quicker than pay day. Easy to send via online. I never call them. Always email them and got responsed quickly. I do not know why people gave poor star. 200 % recommended company. Thanks.

I send money using app; after 10 days money did't send to the account. Try to ring the number and waited 20min, no one pick the phone. Don't know what happens to the money. no feed back. Don't use this company!!!!

Yes their rates are good, but that is no good if they cannot communicate with you,
They send e-mails telling you that your ID is expiring, so you send the information, but then nothing happens, so you ring them, they tell you, they will e-mail you, but again you hear nothing, you wait, then you call again, so they tell you the same again. and in the mean time you get another e-mail telling your ID is expiring. and need to update it , which you have already sent. I do wonder if you had problem with transferring money how they would handle it.

They only allow maximum GBP 8000 transfer for 6 months. I am stuck here getting good rates to transfer all my savings. Bank rates are redicuolously not competitive. Had to try TorFx since I had to transfer considerable amount of money.

Excellent customer service and extremely satsified. The money reached my account within minutes. The staff members went above and beyond and were extremely helpful always in East Ham Branch. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

When you are sending money abroad you are just really scared, but with Global Exchange I didn’t have to worry. They have been around since my parents first came to this country!

It was just so fast!! I found the rate just so competitive 👍🏼 So I had to go with them!!
