Great customer service
The customer service is impressive. Whenever I call, it's answered quickly. Delivery is next day and any issues I've had, have been resolved and when needed, replacement items dispatched without any fuss.

For some reason the delivery was split
Thanks to GLS for contacting me. It seems the problem was with the delivery company. GLS have promised to look into the issue.
For some reason the delivery was split. We received 10 in one delivery and then the other 2 two days later.
Invoice for items was received before any of the items were!

I never have an issue and nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff there. I can return items easily when the wrong item is ordered, easy to order, delivery is quick and staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I make the order through the…
I make the order through the web-service so do not need to do a PO. All I need to do is change the codes accordingly and authorise it. Delivery is normally made within a couple of days.
