I purchased this product on Dec 13th…
I purchased this product on Dec 13th with courier priority shipping which said 3-6 business days to my address. it has been over 11 days. I understand its the end of the year and the holidays but its double the promised delievery time. But when I had an issue there was a quick respond. The delay is just part of making purchases that have to travel internationally.

mod made the logitech shift better

For the most part I have enjoy my…
For the most part I have enjoy my magnet shifter base. The magnets are fairly strong, the base is sturdy, and it's extremely easy to install. The only two gripes I have are the screws and the shift gates. The screws that came with base were a tad too long and the shift gates were sticking out a bit far (kept hitting them under pressure).

Prepare to wait a long time for your order and if you have a problem don't even bother asking them
I got the order later then it should of been by a long time and I got no updates on it and I emailed them multiple times on every contact method they had and my bank refunded me for them scamming me but I got the product then over a month later they emailed me saying I never contacted them or anything and that they were going to dispute it and I replied to their email but they still didn't respond

Your order was marked as dispatched on 22 April 2024, faster than the stated lead-time. It was delivered on 4 May 2024, which was due to the courier service, as explained in our email correspondence.
Your chargeback was disputed with your bank, and an investigation is currently underway. We have fulfilled our obligations within the stated timeframe and have provided all relevant communications, invoices, and tracking information.
