Great company!

Great company overall

Overall, Go Answer did a great job of handling our customer calls during the evenings and weekends when we were closed. They took the time to understand our business and the biggest issues we faced with customers so they could best assist our customers. Our only frustration was they could not quite cover some of the issues as thoroughly as we would have liked and small % of their reps did not do as good of a job covering our needs which hurt our reputation and customer support rank with those specific customers. Again, overall a great company.

Very Happy New Clients

We are new clients with Go Answer and had a glitch about a month in. The customer experience we received from Nazar Alexander is the best customer service I have ever received, both personally and professionally. Our issue was resolved quickly with a lot of care put into making that happen.

Our experience with GoAnswer has been outstanding! We have used several other answering services in the past 7 years for our business and have not had a pleasant experience. Most answering service companies are unreliable and have given us untruthful expectations.. I can say that GoAnswer not only delivers on their promises but goes above and beyond offering true VALUE. I want to give a shout out to Rick who I assume is the owner who has always been extremely responsive throughout our time working with them. Thank you!!!

Fabulous Teams at Go Answer

Nazar and Rick were just spectacular with on boarding. The entire team was empathetic as I shared our past horror stories of other vendors. They insisted all our concerns would be met with exceptional service and then actually delivered.

Seamless Process, Exceptional Service

It took less than 24 hours for my account to be set up after I submitted my form. The set up process was extremely seamless and they have already started answering my phone. Having been without a receptionist for nearly a month, I am so excited to have found such a professional service.

Have had several issues

Have had several issues - have to triple check everything we inquire about, answering service agents have no energy in their calls and it sounds like a rustling phone ling at the onset of each call.

Not good for business owners big was of time and money!
Multiple meetings to correct problems with agents not following the scripts is critical as the agents represent your company. Agents just take poor messages to callback with no critical information frustrating customers with broken english. The management says they will work on training but no improvemnts over the course of a month. Do not use this service!
