Great company overall
Overall, Go Answer did a great job of handling our customer calls during the evenings and weekends when we were closed. They took the time to understand our business and the biggest issues we faced with customers so they could best assist our customers. Our only frustration was they could not quite cover some of the issues as thoroughly as we would have liked and small % of their reps did not do as good of a job covering our needs which hurt our reputation and customer support rank with those specific customers. Again, overall a great company.

Have had several issues - have to triple check everything we inquire about, answering service agents have no energy in their calls and it sounds like a rustling phone ling at the onset of each call.

Multiple meetings to correct problems with agents not following the scripts is critical as the agents represent your company. Agents just take poor messages to callback with no critical information frustrating customers with broken english. The management says they will work on training but no improvemnts over the course of a month. Do not use this service!
