I’ve been a customer for several years
I’ve been a customer for several years. Occasionally, the meal kit came a bit late, more recently they’ve been reliably on time. The recipes are interesting and varied, and the directions to make the meals are generally excellent. The quality of the food has is quite good.

Meals always taste great. Easy to follow recipes. Sometimes shipping is not on time but they do credit for any spoiled product.

Recipes are delicious. Would love more vegetarian options.
The company is always accommodating when we have an item we can't use or is missing.
Meals have been delicious. We have noticed since we rejoined after moving that the option to change some of the recipes with meat to impossible burger is not there? We would love more vegetarian options. Sometimes they seem to repeat quite a bit.
The biggest problem that has occurred is the delivery. Sometimes they can't find our house for some reason, even though I have let detailed instructions on the delivery website multiple times.

Easy and concise
The instructions are clear. Food is always well packed. Lots of variety. Typically on the table in 20-30 minutes but that’s because I take my time. Typically my food arrives as scheduled but that’s more on the delivery person than Gobble. The only downside is having to opt out every week. I’d rather have an opt in policy.

I have tried other meal services and have been extremely disappointed and always go back to Gobble. They are very consistent with the quality of the food and ingredients. It’s easy to use & always a quick meal that is a quick & easy meal after a long days work.

The quality of the meals has gone down…
The quality of the meals has gone down substantially. In the past couple of orders, the proteins have been of questionable quality or stale. The shrimp was gritty (even after washing) and I had a lamb that was discolored and gray. Will probably take a break.

Sometimes packages get misdelivered and that’s annoying. Otherwise, I like the different global flavors like Indian and thai. The meal sizes are large and I usually end up making 3 meals from each recipe. I like that the meals come together quickly and there are many different choices each week.

When things go well it is good, but
Most of the meals taste great and are pretty easy to prepare. We have not been satisfied when we contacted customer service.

The customer service is excellent! When I’ve had problems with deliveries (rarely about the food) someone has been available to listen right away. Food is delicious as well. Lots of choices for picky eaters like me.

Restaurant quality meals at home that we love
Delicious, quality meals with great ingredients. Easy to cook and follow instructions. A time-saver and can modify entree / sides to accommodate for allergies in the family. Delivery to my area is a little hit-or-miss (normal hours or at 8pm [last possible delivery]).

Recipes are generally good but quality is inconsistent
Recipes are generally good and fast to make. Options sometimes get pretty repetitive and ingredient quality is often disappointing. Repeated issues with delicate produce freezing, which makes it unusable.
