Takes too long
Poor service, food delivery was much later than was led to believe when ordering. Messaged customer service, they just said restaurant was unexpectedly busy and kept pushing me to cancel the order, which on a Sunday evening isn’t a great suggestion as few alternatives. When it did finally arrive kids were past the point of eating, which was a shame as food was actually hot and very good.

Took over 2 and a half hours for the food to arrive
Waited over an hour for my order, so I spoke to the live chat as the order status did not move from 'order received'. They requested I wait another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. Not only did the food not arrive then, I had to wait an additional 45+ minutes! Waiting over 2 and a half hours for food to arrive since hitting the order button is ridiculous. All I got from Customer Services when I first contacted them is 'we can cancel your order if you like?'... Great customer service...

Truly awful customer service.
So I get it Valentine’s Day and they are probably busy but I waited almost 2 hours for my food with completely unrealistic expectations set and then when I tried to follow up through their ‘chat’ function the whole thing ground to a halt. My advice - don’t bother. The fees are crazy - this was me paying £8 on top of a £20 order and then to get stuck with rubbish customer service I will be sticking with Uber Eats or Deliveroo etc on future

Great choice
I live in a smallish town, we don’t have many delivery services.
Gogetters have more selection, even including food trucks which is great!
Drivers are always prompt and the food always pipping hot.
I would recommend!

Twice now I've watched on the tracking the driver collect my food 2 mins from my house, then picked up another order from the local shop and delivered that elsewhere before then delivering my food... stone cold and inedible after sitting in his car for 20 minutes. When questioned he lied and said a road was closed, which even if it was true (it isn't) wouldn't explain why he stopped at the Co Op for ten mins with my food on board! When contacted customer service they refused a refund. Avoid at all costs

Following my recent email to you, I would like to publicly apologise for the drop in service you received on this occasion.
Your query was escalated to me for review as our operator on the evening in question, could not authorise a full refund. Once I had the full information I then authorised the refund.
Our driver should not have diverted anywhere else while on your order, and they have been reminded of this policy.
Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention, we work hard to ensure a high level of service, and when that isn't achieved we look for ways to improve.

Too expensive.
Each dish had around an extra pound on it compared to the restaurant menu.
Then a delivery charge of £3.95
Then a service charge of £1.75
Would have been cheaper to book my food a taxi!!

Thank you for your review. I would like to take this opportunity to explain the fees that you mentioned , so that there is transparency for you.
Our stores are responsible for the prices they set their menu at.
Delivery charges and service charges are higher than other platforms because we pay our drives a fairer fee for their time ; they are paid hourly, as well as per drop, unlike other platforms that only pay per drop.
We also provide a personal end to end service where your order is processed by actual humans, who can intervene and help and support should there be any problems.
We have a team of co-ordinators and customer service reps on hand for every order, and that's why we charge a little more: to give a much higher service.
I hope that helps explain things for you, and once again thank you for your review.

Really love that GoGetters are supporting local non-chain businesses and the three orders I have made have always been on time and have found the riders friendly, I recommend them and you can find some lovely small and new restaurants that you don’t find on some other apps! Give them ago and support small and local!
