Love the service provided
Love the service provided. Good to see the location of the driver once you’ve ordered. Only thing I would like to see is the hygiene rating of the restaurants being serviced.. but It in no way puts me off using this service.

Great fast efficient service
Great fast efficient service. You can track your order from point of order until it reaches your door. You can chat also through the app. I would like to highly recommend this service.

Good Local Delivery Company
Always use GoGetters for my takeaway deliveries as so they’re reliable plus support local businesses. On the two occasions there was an issue, the restaurant not GoGetters, customer services sorted it out quickly. Food always arrives on time, the drivers are very polite and like the fact you can tip online as who has change these days!

Had issue but resolved
Ordered food but did not get full order. Although the error originated from the store, Go Getters completely failed to resolve the problem.
Since then Go Getters have contacted me, apologised for the errors. I will be happy to try their service again.

Really convenient that we now have a delivery service in Dunmow that gets my fav food to my door quickly! Drivers are always polite and friendly too.

Just don’t bother
Food frequently delivered cold. They blame the restaurant when in fact gogetters only send orders to restaurants when they have drivers available.
Customer service is disgusting. Very rude and abrupt.
I asked why a certain food outlet in my town isn’t available to deliver to my home. “Because they are 5.7 miles and they have a strict 5mile policy”. I queried this as 2 other food outlets located 5.1 and 5.2 miles away from me deliver to my address. One of those is direct competition to the one located 5.7 miles away.
The outlet located 5.7 miles away confirned to gogetters they would gladly deliver to my postcode. But gogetters declined their request.
Does Simon Wingrove know his staff are knowingly affecting the revenue of the business?

Wouldn't allow me to schedule delivery but advised order at the appropriate time for the delivery window. Then delivered it 30 mins early!!
With other options out there, I won't be using then again.

polite friendly delivery drivers, i live on the 6th floor (we do have a lift) but some other delivery drivers wont bring it up to my flat, but your drivers have no problem delivering to my door.
