Very useful. Hv 2 cracked ribs. Could not bend. Pooper scooper did the job - clean & neat. Just a little difficulty securing the plastic bag correctly.

Thank you for your helpful description. There will always be a time throughout the year where this is going to occur where our dogs will encounter issues with their digestive systems that result in undesirable situations on the output so to speak.
I agree that there's no cleaner and quick way to deal with this issue. Just "Catch-N-Go!".

Most folks find that the XP works very well for them since it was first introduced in 2013. Other folks prefer using the Rake along with the Scooper and find it an easier alternative. Much depends on the scooping surface. There is indeed a technique that greatly helps in using this scooper. Properly placing the bag on is the first step for success. Then positioning the scoop head just under your target using a little wrist is important. After a time or two, you're an expert! Here are some short YouTube tips and tricks on how to best use this tool.

We primarily use the extra large bags and from shopping those bags are the only bags on the market that size,

I ordered the scooper and the rake and…
I ordered the scooper and the rake and they work well. I do not have to bend over and risk falling.
Suggestion: if the rake and scoop can be permanently attached, maybe someway the 2 can be operated with one hand. Maybe you've tried this and it doesn't work - just checking.
