After some fits and starts, like not reaslly being able to 1) set up an account and 2) place an order on line, the process was in the end reliable and satisfactory. When i called in, the rep was helpful, but the process was a bit lengthy.

I did NOT care for the surcharge for using a credit card. I used a credit card to be sure the product was for real--I'm a first time customer of this site. But I was very satisfied with the results and will purchase again from this site.
