Great platform, waiting on first redemption
I love playing here. I played a few times and got a good win. The verification was simple and quick. I’m waiting on my first redemption so I can deposit and play again. Hi Maxwell, To clarify the process and timing of redemption requests made via an ACH payment to a bank checking account typically take 2 to 3 business days to process after you have submitted your request. This means a redemption request made on a Monday will not arrive in a checking account until Wednesday or Thursday and a withdrawal request made on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be received in a bank account until the following Tuesday or Wednesday.
That said, our Accounting Team often processes them faster and if you bank accepts and credits ACH transactions quickly there is a good likelihood that you will get it the day before the date noted in the confirmation email.
