The gold eagle I paid for got lost…

The gold eagle I paid for got lost somewhere along the way. For some reason it was shipped in a separate package. I received the silver eagles but not the gold.

The website is clear, easy and attractive. This was my first order, and the customer service was excellent. The package came securely packaged and the silver coins were beautiful. I can't wait to order again!

Never A Disappointment

I am a client of Gold-Silver.Com and have never been disappointed by either their service or their delivery. Their website is easy to navigate and ordering is self directed. When I have had questions, I have found the Chat easy and effective for obtaining answers. I would recommend them for the purchase of gold and silver precious metals, coins, and rounds.

There is not much to talk about over…

There is not much to talk about over the many years I have been doing business with Golsilver. I had only one time when something went wrong. That was a two maples short on the order. This was resolved in a couple of days And I had the two maples in about a week. Everything was handled over the internet and required no personal contact.For me it was a non problem. Thanks again. I just received two orders today and all is well. Dale

My wife and I have been a client of…

My wife and I have been a client of GoldSilver for 3 years. She’s the smart one,MBA. She did research on buying gold and silver, also, on companies to buy from. GoldSilver topped the list. Their products are in mint condition, fast shipping and have always had great customer service.
The videos and emails from Mr Maloney are very insightful and provide a great deal needed information and advice.
We personally highly recommend GoldSilver.Com to anyone interested in investing in precious metals.

Long delays to sell your metals from storage

They were great to deal with when buying my metals for storage with them. However, beware, it's a long process with little communication when the time comes to sell them. I understand there can be delays, but it's been over a month and counting!
The reason I chose GoldSilver was Mikes assurance that metals were kept outside the banks, and so readily and easily liquidated, unlike stocks etc. Clearly not the case

This is the 2nd time they acted very…

This is the 2nd time they acted very shady about returning my metals. I will never have them store my metals again. I ordered a shipment from Goldsilver Mike Maloney. Fedex was unsucceful in the first attempts to deliver the package. I called Fedex to help them get the package to me since I live in a gated community. Fedex told me:
1. I could pick it up at the distribution center.
2. If i don't pick it up, they will re-attempt to deliver it on Monday 5/15/23
3. If their re-attempt on Monday 5/15/23 is not successful, they will hold the package for 2 days and then return to sender.
I just got back from the distribution center now it is 8:18pm PST and I was told by the distribution center that they had the packages there but they were prohibited from releasing them to me because the sender ( Goldsilver Mike Maloney) opened a ticket at 2:02pm today to have the packages returned directly to them.
Why did Goldsilver Mike Maloney not call me about the situation before opening a ticket?
Why did they not allow the last attempt by Fedex?
Why did they not allow the Fedex facility to hold the package for another 2 days after the last attempt to give me the maximum opporunity to retrieve my package?
Goldsilver company with Mike Maloney charges a lot of money for shipping. Now they will try to charge me again. VERY SHADY! VERY SNEAKY! VERY BAD BUSINESS. VERY BAD SITUATION. VERY QUESTIONABLE MOTIVES. VERY UPSET COSTOMER. MAKE THIS RIGHT AND SEND ME AGAIN FREE OF CHARGE AND DO NOT ACT THIS WAY AGAIN.

We do appreciate your feedback, but I believe this review may be better suited for FedEx. We are sorry it was not in-line with what you were expecting but "Signature Required and Fully Insured" shipments come with rules and restrictions from the carrier. For Example:

1. Generally FedEx makes three attempts and then it gets returned back to sender.
- They did attempt three deliveries on three consecutive business days with you.
2. Because of insurance limitations, there is a standing instruction with the shipper to return packages and we generally do not allow pickups at facilities because it nullifies the insurance on your package as per FedEx.
3. Please note that we have a special relationship with these shipping providers and because of the value of what we ship there are certain rules in place to protect our customers

Our services provide you with the tracking of the third party carrier direct from the vault, so you may have all the detailed information needed and take it upon yourself and prepare for the high-value product.

We ask that you please contact us at support@goldsilver.com and our team we will do everything in our power to work with FedEx in getting this safely re-delivered to you.
