Delivery was fast, however I'm surprised that I didn't receive an email confirmation that the order was accepted or despatched.

i have used golf247 a few times in the past year.First time I ordered a cobra s3 driver and was sent a 10.5 loft when I ordered a 9.5.Second I ordered a rbz 3 wood and was sent a high loft driver.On both occasions promised to ring back ,but it was me who had to do the phoning.Staff pleasant when speaking to the but extremely inefficient.

Experience with Golf247 is very good, got email for delivery tracking once it's dispatched. It'll be nice if I get an order confirmation immediately after payment was made(used Paypal), I only got a receipt from Paypal. But the delivery was very quick and item was well packaged.

Purchased new clubs on 21st July and despite numerous telephone calls and promises that they will be delivered....... They have never arrived. Tried to call the number at golf247 and it rings and rings and then gives a message that the mailbox is full.
Save yourself time and money and shop elsewhere

All the 5* reviews listed below are rubbish, not true, and must be made up by this Company.
They constantly over promise and NEVER deliver. Once they have your money your screwed. I am now in touch with my credit card Company raising a fraud dispute.
Having been told that a credit was raised for goods I ordered 1 month ago, which never arrived - Guess what ?????-

The website gave a very accurate description of the bag. I ordered the item mid Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on the following Monday. I was kept informed at every step of the way and as the saying goes the purchase went as, 'exactly as it says on the tin'.

Product was competively priced and delivered promptly. Would be happy to purchase more items from this company.

Will use the site again but I did get the wrong colour belt which it is not worth returning. Very speedy and helpful staff.

Perfect service and fantastic delivery

Ordered a golf trolley earlier this year, no acknowledging email and after a week no trolley. Rang following week and was told it was being dispatched that day (?) Three days later it arrived okay and very pleased with it. Ordered a right hand glove for left handed golfer, again no acknowledging email but glove did arrive on 3rd day but unfortunately, despite ordering the glove for left handed golfers for a right handed golfer. Rang Saturday, no answer (247?), sent email, no acknowledgement but rang them midday Monday, explained situation, no problem, will send correct glove. Friday still no glove, spoke on phone and they say they have sent it and will investigate. Fingers crossed it will arrive eventually. Good gear, good price, unfortunately not so good service.

Ordered a boxed set of clubs from Golf247 at a great price and have just received the clubs in perfect condition and very quickly thanks to their fast shipping.
