This company's customer service is the best I've experienced in a very long time. I ordered 2 sets of Titleist balls: One with a customized written statement, and one with a photo imprint. The statement balls were perfect. The photo balls, however, had too much red in the background. I quickly realized that the same red background was in the photo I approved. So the mistake was really on me, not them. But Alexis said "No problem!" She worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend Golfballs.com. No reason to use them for and Titleist golf balls. They entice you to give your cell phone number with 20% off. Then you see the small print that Titleist, Taylormade etc. "MAY" be excluded. Without any discount the prices are the same as any pro shop. What's the point of ordering?? Sent a note to chat, who was basically rude when I asked an abruptly ended the chat.
