Perfecto

I've shopped here at least 3 times getting trainers, shorts, tops, figures and key rings and it's all came perfect and what I expected. I was sceptical at first as my first order took 2 months long but now it's max 2 weeks as there is a new shop in England so all in all 5☆

Steer clear of Golf Wang

Steer clear of Golf Wang. They had no problem withdrawing money from my account, but four months later no package. I contacted their customer service site numerous times but no response. No one answers their phones. I don't know how they stay in business considering the company was founded by Grammy winning artist Tyler the Creator and it was his own CD I ordered! Steer clear!

Goooood luck if your package gets lost…

Goooood luck if your package gets lost or stolen. Mine was marked delivered but was nowhere to be found. They do nothing about it. I was willing to purchase the item again as it was a Xmas gift for my nephew and I was desperate .. I did inquire if they had any current coupons or could help in anyway for my troubles. The answer was no. AndThey don’t care what happened. It’s quite unfortunate. $60 in the hole.bought the item somewhere else. Wasn’t giving this company another dime.

Terrible - DO NOT BUY

Customer service was awful

Customer service was awful, employees were useless and unhelpful. Although I like tyler the creator, never again would I go there and I don’t recommend anyone else does.

BEWARE - poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Golf Wang. I purchased a Chicago Bears leather jacket as a Christmas gift. My order was confirmed, and I received shipping information, which led me to believe everything was moving forward as expected.

After about a week with no tracking updates, I contacted the shipping company, DHL and was told the label had been created but no merchandise had been received from the vendor. I sent an email to Golf Wang thinking that maybe the jacket might already be in transit and delayed due to holiday shipping closures. I waited another week and reached out again, only to receive the same vague response. After my third attempt to get a clear answer, customer service stopped responding to my emails altogether.

With no communication and no product, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Only after doing that did I finally receive an email stating that the jacket was actually out of stock and that I would be refunded — now almost a month after Christmas.

I understand the demand for the product considering the team and the holidays, but if inventory was low or out of stock, I should have not been able to order it or at least had been contacted with an email saying they could no longer fulfill the order.

This situation could have been avoided with honest communication from the beginning. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and long delay made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better from a well-known brand. I really wanted to support the brand and the team but I will never order from them again, and advise all potential customers to beware and proceed with caution.

bad company and even worse shipping

When Chromakopia launched the preorders, I bought the hoodie bundle on the 19th of October 2024, spent around 500~ RON (100 USD), and waited for the order. After 2 weeks when I messaged support, they dismissed me saying "In some places of Europe, orders may arrive in 2025." (apology Nr. 1).

I waited more and at the end of November i wanted to reassure myself that it's arriving. I emailed them again and this time they said something about it being ready to be shipped to me, and said something along the lines of "We are so sorry to hear that" (apology Nr. 2) . I asked some friends that bought other stuff and merch from the US and most of them got their stuff even if it was delayed by UNDER 5 days. Keep in mind the order should have arrived on the 30th of October in worst case scenario.

December rolls around and I message them again like a psycho ex in a Highschool movie, and this time they say that the order will most likely arrive in 2025, early January. That did not happen. I messaged them 1 last time in late December asking about refund reshipments or the current location of the shipment. They said that 60 days passed so NO refunds or reshipments and they said that the location of the merch is no longer their problem.

DO NOT buy from GolfWang. Better thrift and lose hours in a store than buying the funny hoodie your favorite artist sells for the very low price of your kidney. Keep in mind, minimal wage in Romania is 4.050 RON.. I payed 517 RON on that order, meaning 12,76% of a worker. That is not normal. Keep your money.

Shameless way to run a business-appalling!

I’m not surprised this company get such terrible reviews. They take your money as soon as you order and 3 weeks later the item still hasn’t even dispatched. If it were up to me I’d cancel and spend my hard earned money elsewhere but my son is determined to wait - this is sadly a gift for him. Customer service is awful with formulaic emails saying the same thing over and over again but nothing changes. A disgraceful and shameless way to run a business.

I would have given ZERO stars if possible

I would have given ZERO stars if possible. I will NEVER spend money with this company again. Ordered the cherry bomb chuck 70’s for my daughter back in August of 2025. I was clear they were a pre-order and it was clearly stated they were expected to ship 10-12 weeks after purchase. 12 weeks came and went, so I reached out to their “customer service” and received a BS canned response about it being a pre-order and they were doing their best to ship out orders as soon as possible.

About a week later I get an email saying they’ve been delayed and “now expected to ship ON or BEFORE December 12th.” December 12th at 11:30 PM PST rolls around and still no shipping notification, so I reach out again. The next morning I get a “shipping” notification that the shipping label has been created. I get an email the following Monday with another BS response about how they’re now being processed to be shipped. I advised that preparing to ship and shipped are 2 different things and their previous email stated they would ship on or before the 12th and “shipped” means they’re in route to me, not sitting in pre-shipment. Again, I get a BS apology and them reiterating that my order is being processed by their warehouse and will ship soon. I asked if they could expedite the shipping since they already delayed it twice and these were supposed to be my daughter’s Christmas present. I was told they couldn’t and delivery before Christmas wasn’t guaranteed. The shoes sat in pre-shipment for an ENTIRE WEEK! Needless to say they didn’t arrive until the DAY AFTER Christmas SMDH. Worst customer support experience in my life. I could understand the delays if they were hand painted and each pair unique, but they were all made in Vietnam and the quality of the shoes is mediocre at best. Golf Wang is absolute TRASH and Tyler should be ashamed to have his name tied to this garbage company.

This company sucks! Does NOT let you return anything, even unopened. Offers a store credit only. Terrible customer service. Company is going nowhere with these pathetic reviews!!!

Awful experience

Awful experience. I sprinted down from work to make it here well ahead of closing and was turned away.

A family of seven was right behind me and tried to do the same, but was told “nothing is possible. We can’t reach the manager”.

Do not go here. Awful employees and management.

I don't know what these other people were on about

I ordered the new Chromakopia Vinyl nearly on release, even though I was kinda insecure about buying from Golfwang after reading the other reviews. But in the end the Vinyl arrived almost exactly at the date they quoted (Only like 3 days late instead of the two months that other buyers reported). The product arrived with near to no signs of damage. I've come to the realization that most of the bad reviews about the delivery time were from people who ordered during Christmas times wich is probably the reason of the bad experience. All this comes from a customer in Germany by the way.

Terrible Service – Don’t Waste Your Money

The order arrived quickly, but it was completely wrong. On top of that, I have to pay for return shipping even though the mistake was theirs. Awful service, absolutely not recommended – don’t buy, it’s not worth it.

Finally a good review on here I think??

I ordered a CD via a tiktok ad and got scared when I read the reviews on here. I asked Golfwang to cancel my order but told me they couldn’t. I honestly thought I would never see my CD here but… it arrived perfectly?? And The contact with golfwang was nice and fast. Definitely gonna order here again :)

Don't tap the glass CD

Ordered the don't tap the glass CD on Sunday, July 20 and it got here on Thursday the 24th. Got here quickly and overall had a great experience.
