Finally received an email back but sat on chat for over an hour before giving up and getting off. Chat said wait a few minutes to get an associate, but no one ever came on or responded. Super annoying... Voir plus

When I started the policy the system…
When I started the policy the system kept entering the wrong address wouldn't allow me to change it and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me at all I left messages no one called me back I cancelled it didn't want to use it if I'm having issues with something that simple definitely don't need to go through that in case it have a claim it's every frustrating and unprofessional
