These hats are amazing, I have now purchased 8 of these hats for family members, colors are awesome and having the chin strap makes them easy to keep on if it gets a little windy, for those family members that have longer hair the hole for pony tails are a welcome bonus, I would say, "What are you waiting for?" go ahead and get yourself one ( or two) you won't be dissapointed

Ordered the hats during the just pay shipping promo.
Have a bit of delay in shipping but customer service was really good in replying with my emails.
Hats are good and comfortable as well. I got 5, 1 to keep for myself and the rest as gifts.
I don't recommend getting the mystery bundle. It's supposed to be worth $40 that went down to $16. I got a hair plastic clip and arm sleeves protector. Which you can easily get cheaper in any dollar store.
Send a query to customer service and they mentioned that's what really the bundle is and sometimes you get lucky and will received more.
So, highly suggest skip it and just get the hats.

I love this hat! I can’t wait to wear it later in Sept when I go on a 12 hr deep sea fishing trip with my husband and two of our friends. I’m sure this will come in handy keeping the sun off me!

I ordered a hat and a free mystery pack. I got my hat and it was perfect. It rained, so I got to try it in its element, too, and I was dry! I got two mystery items, a plastic hair thingy and a couple of sun protection sleeves (that I had seen someone testing online a couple of weeks ago, and I was thinking about buying them, but no need now). All in all a very positive experience.

I paid only postage for the hat on a recent promotion and it is exactly as discribed. It took a few weeks to get here but it was worth the wait. I love the ponytail feature. The hat is light and has ventilation mesh on the sides, which is perfect for the hot and humid climate we experience in Queensland, Australia. I highly recommend this hat.

I had a question so I emailed Goodyouco which replied promptly with a polite and positive response. I bought 2 hats which I truly love to one for my friend which he wears as he gardens in hot weather. Great for hot conditions.

Love this hat, it suits me - knowing that Im being protected from uv rays & especially like the pony tail hole & it was free😊. There was an offer, I only paid for postage

I absolutely love these hats. Easy to wear, great range of colours and most importantly gives the protection it says it will.
I have lupus so avoid exposure to the sun and wear one of these most of the year.

I ordered 3 hats and 2 shrugs. I love my hats and I wear one of them every day in the Florida sun. The shrugs unfortunately got lost in shipment. When I reached out to customer support I heard back the same day. I received my refund with no problems at all. I would order from GoodYou again.

Note to self if it looks too good to be true it is....
Ordered the postage only hat on the 1st August, money left my account the same day.
I week later no updates re dispatch so contacted them asking when it would be dispatched, as needed it for holiday so if not soon would be too late so would need to cancel.
Advised can not cancel as need to do within 24 hours..terms and conditions... but still no news as to dispatch time.
Asked again for refund and cancellation several times but nothing.
Can only assume its a scam.

I purchased one of these hats and I am thrilled with my purchase! I got the beige color, for free (only had to pay shipping) and I LOVE IT! I know that offer seems too good to be true and I can honestly say, I doubted it at first, but when my hat arrived, I couldn't be happier! It's lightweight, fits comfortably on the head, gives great shade on the face and shoulders, is breathable and works wonderfully! I wore it in the Caribbean last week and swam with it on and then wore it on the beach as well. It did exactly what I needed and I was even happier it had a ponytail hole since my hair is constantly in ponytails! I am happy I purchased it and will mostly likely purchase another in a different color. Overall great product for the price! Would highly recommend!

***Updating this on 22/2 after I received an email from Trustpilot saying Goodyouco is requesting more information.

I bought beige and black hats with their "free hat just pay shipping" offer which for me was €20,95. I was in disbelief when I saw the hats would be shipped from China with the same sort of tracking I used to receive when ordering products from AliExpress (17track website).

Shipping took 2 weeks. The tracking was fine but never got alerted when it changed to the Greek tracking number so I didn't know when it arrived and I had to go to delivery company to pick it up myself.

I was hoping this would not be a scam but here is the thing, both hats say SuuShade and not SunShade.
The hats might as well be as good as they advertise but how would I know? Did I get the authentic ones? I just know the embroidery on the hats does not say SunShade.

There has been correspondence with the company since I emailed them 8 responses from them total, I'll give them that much. They told me they would check with their dispatch team for the issue; they admitted to knowing about the SuuShade instead of SunShade but they insist it's a "nowadays" dispatch issue and their customers don't care about it. If you check the website, all reviews that include images have SuuShade embroidered on the hats. Their responses were not enough to convince me this was a mistake or that they are having a dispatch issue.

It's on me that I didn't see the hats properly before making a purchase as I only now noticed that the SunShade logo has been poorly painted/edited on the images. It doesn't even look like embroidery there..

I'll remain with the 1 star for all the above.
I have pictures of my order number & tracking number & the actual hats but sadly can't upload images to Trustpilot to "prove" my review is genuine.

I couldn't believe that I was getting a hat for the cost of shipping.
I did order and then saw the same hat on Amazon for a couple dollars cheaper. Then I worried.
I wrote the goodyouco. and they answered quickly, telling me they are a legit company and my hat is on its way. It did take over two weeks to arrive but I'm very pleased with my Sunshade hat. It is exactly as shown in the picture. It is comfortable, lightweight and the ponytail opening is a plus.
Any correspondence was answered quickly. This is a good company and I will order from them again. I'd rather support a smaller business than a big one like Amazon.

I ordered a free sun hat from this company. I was very satisfied with the quality and quick shipping. Even though there was a shipping cost it was still worth the cost. Absolutely love the hat in fact I ordered a second one a few days later. I live near a lake with a beach and it is perfect to keep my face and shoulders from burning. Very Highly Recommended if you love to be out in the sun and need protection. A satisfied customer and will be ordering again !

I ordered a free sunhat, just pay delivery. But first I emailed Goodyougo as I didn't want to pay any extra shipping fees. They emailed back immediately assuring me of no extra charges. I placed my order and was then offered a further discount so I ordered another. Both sunhats arrived together within 2 weeks (from China to Spain). No hidden extras. The hats are lovely, just as advertised. I paid around £17 in total.

My hat arrived and I love it! It is of good quality and I use it in the water every time to and no longer get burned. The rim is great protection from the sun!
