The driveaway awning I bought was…
The driveaway awning I bought was faulty. I couldn't use it and it spoilt my holiday weekend.
Staff were understanding and I got a full refund which was good.

Great Service
Great service from Jay ,and what a fantastic store . All of the staff are just great . On a visit from Scotland ( again) we usually pop in for a browse. Jay got me the walking shoes I was after . Excellent store. 😊

I place an order which was you took the money for, after 2 weeks I checked to find out was out of stock.So requested a refund and went to a new supplier.

Very positive shopping experience
Rang the store on Saturday morning to ask about a set of caravan steps. The phone was answered promptly by Debz who offered to put them aside for me until I got to the store later that day as there was only 1 set left in stock. On arrival Debz was serving on the counter and greeted me with a friendly welcome and arranged for Paul to bring them them from with stockroom which he did with a friendly greeting and a smile. Debz was super friendly and so helpful. Thank you. Superb customer service. One happy customer. Also bought some clothing in your sale !

Attempting to return a faulty tent
Attempting to return a faulty tent, the tent had a small hole in it, chased and chased, sent email after email, sent the images they asked for, turns out I have to take it back to my store which I a 2 hour round trip, absolute joke, will just order elsewhere next time
