Very happy customer
The staff (James and Ruby) couldn’t have done any more for us. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with the equipment we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and we left very happy, with everything we needed.
I highly recommend this store as the staff were brilliant.

A great shopping experience
Roger and James helped my husband and I choose some trekking boots this week whilst we were visiting Bakewell. They accommodated our black lab who accompanied us too. They were very helpful and we are really pleased with the boots we chose. A good selection of quality products at good prices with lovely staff. This is what high street shopping should be like all the time!

A very polite and welcoming manager…
A very polite and welcoming manager called James, made our visit pleasurable and also gave our dog a little treat. I will definitely return, next time I visit Bakewell. I also found what I needed at a fair price.

I recently visited Bakewell (express)…
I recently visited Bakewell (express) to buy some sleeping bags, while camping in the local area and it’s safe to say we had a fantastic experience from all the staff that we engaged with a very helpful young man who made our experience wholesome by providing a fountain of knowledge regarding the right sleeping bags, weather conditions, environment and feel of the material which really made it beneficial to our outcome. We were then served by James who was very pleasant and when he found out we were for the south of England was over the moon with our presence. A great team.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Found exactly what my wife was looking for and managed to source the map another on line company had failed to send in time for our trip at a much better price. James was very funny and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are in Bakewell.
