Puck was super helpful when we were looking for a new pair of walking boots for our 13 year old son. His knowledge about how to achieve a correctly fitting boot was hugely valuable. He was very thorough, caring and patient when we kept asking questions! We have learnt so much today from him that he has influenced our future approach to footwear and in particular the importance of skeletal allingment! We are grateful for meeting him. Thank you.

Great shop
Loads of choice including some good quality more expensive items. Served by Mandy and various others when looking for stuff and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop there again. Also loads of parking right outside.

Took longer than expected to arrive for store pick up. One order for two items, but two separate packages. Store attendant only handed me one. Luckily I found out before traveling the 30mins back home, as I wld have had a return journey to pick up the 2nd package

This store has a vast array of items which allows you to make an informed choice and compare directly. We visited the store as we still like to touch and feel the quality as well as try the items on rather than order online. The customer service was amazing and provided us with excellent advice which resulted in us buying two superb dry coats.

Good customer service. On returning a party pair of waterproof trousers that were unable to keep the water out in Wales this summer, the friendly person on the checkout listened, questioned politely and I subsequently replaced following her advice. Much appreciated.

I visited the Bangor Go Outdoors store…
I visited the Bangor Go Outdoors store today to exchange an item. My issue was dealt with by both James (store manager) and Puck. I was massively impressed by their customer skills, friendliness and all round competence. Great advice given and issue resolved with no problems. Go Outdoors is now my 'go to' outdoor store!

the best service went in looking for hiking boots was told what grade to get for different terrain getting grade 3b boots for the more intense side of mountaineering . had a look at cramp ons aswell being told everything I needed to hear aswell as other hiking equipment . this service was provided by puck absolutely amazing.

Joanna (Jo) was a godsend last weekend when I was on a camping trip in Anglesey. Found what I needed in the store and held it until I arrived. Always have a good experience at Go Outdoors, however Jo was fab and a credit to the store and company.
