We have been into the Barnstaple store…
We have been into the Barnstaple store a few times recently and bought a lot of new gear for our family. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. We were served by Felicity who was lovely. Just to add, please stock smaller waist sizes for males, especially for teenagers. 30 waist is huge on my teenage boy age 14. Only one choice of trouser in store in kids boys range and age 10-12 was the largest you had. Teenagers taking part in Ten Torrs and DofE would really benefit from more choice in styles and sizes.

Perfect overall experience

Walking boots purchase- excellent service from Ben
Visited Barnstaple store to buy some walking boots. I had checked they were available in store prior to the visit. I found another pair I liked to compare. I tried both on.Ben was very helpful in advising how to check they were a good fit, using the walking bridge to look out for potential issues. He also found both boots online on the website and this helped me make a useful comparison. I think Ben’s service was excellent. He was very patient whilst I procrastinated choosing the right pair for me. I also think he went above and beyond in ensuring I had as much information as possible to make an informed choice.
