GO Outdoors - Blackburn Avis 

Went in to buy walking boots, knowing very little about what good looks like. I was lucky to be served by a superbly knowledgeable lady called Lou, who listened to my needs and budget and made 3 recommendations for me to try on.

I visit the Blackburn store on a regular basis, even more so lately as ive taken up hiking again.
Everytime I go there is a gentleman called Norman there, he always comes over and asks if i need assistance, hes never pushy like alot of assistants but always there if you need help.
Hes a very knowledgeable man at the grand age of 85 who always has the answers to any questions I have, ive noticed he goes above and beyond in everything he does in the store..

Every Go Outdoors should have a Norman, hes a credit to the company

The visit today was great, got a great pair of boots thanks to the help and dedication given by Norman, he was committed to making sure I had the pair that were best for me and what I needed, not driven by price but by suitability.

I visited the Blackburn store today to buy a pair of walking boots. I was served by Norman who was very helpful and shared useful tips for my planned hike in the lakes. Norman is a very knowledgeable and helpful member of staff. The girl who served at the till, I think her name was Aliza was also very helpful.

Staff are very helpful and provided a great service. The member of staff that helped me find everything was great. I then needed to return some items and Aliza made the process very simple. Would highly recommend.

Sue was so helpful and knowledgeable when helping me looking for a good waterproof coat, I explained I wanted one for a festival with a high chance of rain and she showed me what kind of jackets would be more appropriate and which wouldnt be as suitable. She also advised me on the right waterproof spray. Sue was super friendly and made my shopping at go outdoors blackburn very nice.

Was shopping for a coat and had many questions Sue approached us and gave honest useful advice on each product and helped us select the right coat. I appreciated the honesty when a product did not suit us and did not push sales of unnecessary things. Thanks sue.

Large well-stocked store on the outskirts of Blackburn with plenty of free parking. We were assisted by staff member Sue, who was very helpful and friendly. We were able to find exactly what we wanted at a good discounted price. GO Outdoors is always worth a visit for its extensive range and favourable prices.

Fantastic customer service. I had a great chat with a store assistant named Norman about the Yorkshire 3 peaks which we’ve both completed a number of times (Norman more than myself) He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some hiking socks which were buy one pair get the second half price 👍🏻

We wouldn't go anywhere else - the discounts are great and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. In the boots section, look out for Norman as he is a fount of knowledge. We have also good great service today from Arthur. Thank you, Arthur. Always great communication and service from the young staff on the tills too. Great vibe.

Greeted by Norman and he was excellent. My last climbing shoes lasted me 15 years and he helped me choose a new pair. My mum was also looking for walking shoes and he was so helpful!!

Great service and clean store

Went to buy myself some new walking boots and was a bit overwhelmed by the large range. A lovely young sales assistant called Luca talked me through all the options, asked about intended use, budget etc and spent some time helping me pick the perfect pair. Didn’t rush me or push to buy the most expensive one, he helped me pick the most suitable ones. What a lovely young man.
