GO Outdoors - Blackpool (Express) Avis 

I visited the shop on 11/01/25. Tom, who served me was great from the start. He was able to recommend exactly what I needed and went out of his way to ensure I was fully kitted out for my first walking experience. Could not have asked for better customer service.

Excellent selection of outdoor equipment. Bought new trail shoes at discounted price in the sale. Great service and advice from Tom.

After searching in many shops for a good quality winter coat suitable for various weathers my partner spotted a few coats in the Blackpool store with heavy discounts. Both shop assistants were very helpful and I found a north ridge coat that fitted me perfectly and both shop assistants were complimentary on my choice. I will definitely be buying a jacket from here too.

Called in as was after a pair of new gloves, was greeted by a member of staff (sorry didn’t get his name) had no issues with getting a pair of gloves that I wanted and was helped by both Tom and the person who greeted me. Amazing staff and very helpful and polite.

Tom couldn't have been more helpful when I first phoned the store and later visited. His product knowledge was clear. I believe when my partner returned days later to pick up the product we ordered, he was again very helpful as was Courtney who was helping in the store that day.

I was served by Tom who didn't mind a bit of banter.

As the rucksack I wanted couldn't be found in the shop I asked if I could order one but was told there was none available. I later found one online & ordered it. After the order was accepted I wasn't given very much information about how the order was progressing until I got a text to say it was ready for collection. Unfortunately I was away & the text said the rucksack had to be collected the next day. I had to ring & ask the shop to hold on to it til I could get there. So overall I wasn't impressed & won't be rushing back.

Visited the store to buy some walking shoes and found the team to be super helpful with good stock. The Blackpool team are first rate.

Was held to ransom to pay £5 for a discount card otherwise the clearly priced boots at £45.00 was going to cost me £145.00 when I got to the cash desk…
