I ordered a wetsuit to click and…
I ordered a wetsuit to click and collect in 2 days because it was showing as not in stock. On the 3rd day it was showing in stock so I went back to the store and bought the wetsuit. The store would not let me cancel the click and collect order. So now I’ve paid twice! It’s been 10 days and still not arrived or notified.

From looking at your order a refund was issued back to the original payment method on the 31st of May. This should show back in your account in3-5 working days.

Good service at Bristol, Brislington branch
Went to the Bristol branch in Brislington. Needed a new pair of walking shoes. Kerrie was extremely helpful. Bought me 2 sizes of one style to try. Neither were quite right, so she suggested a different shoe by the same brand which she explained had a different fit. She was also manning the collection point and riding equipment area so was busy, but kept smiling and all customers were happy with the way she dealt with them.

Hopeless
Hopeless service. I made a click and collect orders for a tent at a local store. It was cancelled after 14 hours, just before collection time. I made another at another store when I couldn’t get through on the phone. This was also cancelled. I had to chase a refund, calling the store all day to get someone to pick up.
In contrast, I made one call to Blacks in Bath, picked up, and the same tent (supposedly half price at Go Outdoors but the same price there) was reserved in two minutes and collected an hour later.

Whilst we aim to ensure our stock files are accurately reflected, cancellations can occasionally occur due to stock discrepancies or system issues, we fully appreciate how upsetting and inconvenient this is.
After checking your order I can see that the refund for the cancelled order was processed back to the original payment method on the 23rd May.

Harris was extremely helpful and informative in helping me make my choice of tents. I felt confident with the advice and info he gave me and of his personal experience of using the particular tent I bought. Overall respectful, friendly and polite. Thank you.
Sarah served me at the till, sorting out my membership and completing the sale. Again extremely helpful, friendly and polite so many thanks to her as well.

Walking Sticks
We bought two pairs of walking sticks yesterday and were well looked after by Billy and Kate. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of what would suit us best. Many thanks, although suggesting we were now properly equipped to ascend Everest might be a little ambitious. We'll stick to the South West Coastal Path. Guy and Carolyn Bettesworth.

Amazing selection of chairs and gazebos, which was what I was shopping for at the time, it always amazes me how knowledgeable the staff are on their products!
