Fantastic Customer service
Fantastic Customer service from Cammy and Queen at the Coatbridge store. Extremely helpful, authentic and a nice friendly interaction. Was in to buy my son some camping and outdoor clothing for his DoE. Cammy was so knowledgeable and helpful with the items and Queen was lovely to talk to as she has also completed her DoE awards . Was nice for my son to hear her share that experience. Such a positive visit. Excellent customer service.

My family and I had a great experience
My family and I had a great experience. We are novices when it comes to outdoor stuff but the staff were absolutely fantastic. Grace pointed out where to go to get different items, Cara helped us to get an idea of the range of warm clothes and jackets suitable for our trip and Queen served us at the til. She has great people skills and helped us to sign up to become part of the Go Outdoors club that gave us absolutely unbelievable savings on our jackets and warm wear. We will definitely be back!

Staff are lovely and knowledgeable.
Ross, Kojo and Mark (new kid) were lovely and really helpful. Ross helped me with my backpack for West Highland Way. What im not happy about is having to make a 70mile round trip to get the tag removed from my jacket that I bought. Nit sure why the alarm didnt go off.

Was looking for walking boots
I was searching for walking boots. After going to Go outdoors and having a good look around I was a bit I overwhelmed with the amount to choose from. I asked for some advice and Callum was happy to help. He advised me on the different types of boots, then once I had chosen a couple of pairs he got my sizes. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly .

I had a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors, thanks to Emma and Queen! Both were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great shopping experience, offering excellent advice and making me feel welcome throughout.
Their customer service was outstanding, and their positive attitudes really made a difference. It’s refreshing to receive such great service from staff who genuinely care about helping customers.

Staff and customer service were 1st class....
CAMMIE was fantastic he helped me with everything I needed and had fantastic knowledge of the items I wished to purchase, and with the one he didnt know to much about the young lad did some research on the item, the lad went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Great service and atmosphere
