Horse riding gear
Review for Coventry store.
Went in for equestrian gear, really helpful sales assistant gave advice and was nice to chat to as a fellow horsey person!
Will most definitely come back for my equestrian needs.

Walking shoes
I was in need of walking shoes, Suzanne was delightful and provided multiple suggestions for my price range, nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge helped me pick a great pair that fit all of my criteria and convinced me to become a member.

Great customer service
Me and my daughter received great, warming, and kind service from Mansur and Damien. They both helped us at the tills when buying DofE kit, explaining kindly and patiently how to fill out for a discount. They were both engaging and had great communication with the us. They are a credit to your organisation.

Great store, clean and tidy and friendly staff
Go outdoors is a really nice clean and tidy store, with a good variety of stock. There were plenty of staff who were very helpful. Particularly the lady who served me was very helpful, and we had a good chat about my purchases.

Awful customer service, the lady who served me quite obviously couldn’t be bothered in the slightest and got irate with me when I said I didn’t want to renew my membership.

Make sure you get correct size boot
Went in to Coventry store to buy new boots the assistant, Suzanne, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a wide fitting boot and if it hadn’t been for her I may well have bought the wrong size,
