Friendly Viv
Viv was lovely and friendly and chatty and really cheered me up with her chit chat at the checkout. However it took me a long time to find the water bladder I was looking for in store as it was upstairs with the camping gear and not where I expected

All the items we wanted were easy to find. All clearly described with clear prices. Such a pleasure to have a hassle free shopping experience.

I would to draw your attention to Nayjib and Sacchin. They helped me with kindness , searching through the back packs until the perfect one for me was found. Great customer service
Went in for an emergency pair of boots. Excellent customer care from Viv on the service desk who made me fully aware of returns policy, ensured I was getting best value through the Go Card and was generally cheery and welcoming. Top job

I have dropped a star because the stock…
I have dropped a star because the stock was low on what I was after ( waterproof jacket for 7 yr old). It was the same a few weeks ago but I appreciate it was back to school time.
