Great customer service from Harry today, he informed us of our membership renewal dates, and had a lovely chat about camping. He spoke to my daughter and asked about her camping holiday.

Harry was really helpful and went above and beyond explaining why our members card didn't work due to there being no email address linked as we've been long-term customers.
He also checked stock levels for an Opinel, however, unfortunately there were non in stock.
