The staff were good
The staff were good. There didn’t seem to be much variety in store but I guess it’s a small express store so there wouldn’t be? The speakers are broken and very crackly radio/music is played loudly in store. It’s not great. I am going to return the OEX inflatable mat I bought. It was recommended by the staff there but it doesn’t feel very well made and on closer inspection it has a weight limit that I currently exceed. I wasn’t aware of this at the time.

GO Outdoors was the best stocked camping shop in Fort William. We needed a new tent as ours got damaged in wind, and they had exactly what we wanted in stock. The price was great, especially with the extra 15% off for June.

Staff member was so helpful.
The young woman who served me at the cash counter was incredibly helpful to me. Making sure I got the best deal by explaining the benefits of getting a membership card. I had a great shopping experience that day.

Amazing customer service from Sasha
Amazing customer service from Sasha who helped me try on 5 or 6 hiking boots of different sizes at 2 separate visits on the same day. She handled everything with such patience and good humour and helped me find my perfect pair of boots! The store has a good range of outdoors gear and offers discounts for members. Highly recommended for all your gear needs!

We were looked after very very well by the team at GO Fort William. They discounted our items and gave helpful advice. Usual GO value in the outdoor capital of the UK. I've thought for years they needed a Go Outdoors at Fort William.
