Have just experienced amazing customer service today by Emily. Very helpful and polite.

Really great options and ability to test items out.
We were looking for an air tent so it was great to be able to look in each tent to see the size, layout, etc.
I had a query about the membership so spoke with Mat and he was so helpful when we had follow up questions about the tent we had chosen and ended up purchasing a few extra items so ensure we had the set up we needed.
Kia was also really kind and friendly at the checkout and could see we were trying to manage a newborn and a 5 year old 🙈

Went into Gloucesters Go outdoors yesterday to purchase a dryrobe. George went up and beyond to help what a lovely lad.

Served by Chad, took the time to help us properly and was really nice and informative! Cheers chad!

Easy to find what I wanted and Emily on the till was lovely and polite too

I went in to buy walking boots after my 12 year old boots finally died. Not surprisingly, boots are very different these days. Bradley was an amazing member of staff, very knowledgeable for his young age. He patiently advised me, bringing boots that fitted my criteria and my awkwardly shaped feet until he finally found me a pair that fitted. A very positive experience, for something I was dreading doing!

Libby the assistant who helped us find our correct purchase was very helpful and friendly where as the girl on the checkout was officious and condescending. I believe her name to be Kia.

Very good experience easy to order want i wanted.
Only bad part was time it took to be delivered.

Found everything we needed. Served by Kia who was friendly and efficient.

Amazing visit, Hubby needed some stuff for tramping in his truck. We were served by Chad at the Gloucester branch, he was so kind and helpful. Found my lost go outdoors card online, so we could have the club discount. Like I said amazing service and very kind staff.

George was super patient and helpful whilst I chose some replacement hiking shoes.

@Chad was a massive help with finding tents and accessories, he utilised the companies sales to give me a lot more product for far less then my budget

@patrick was also a gem on the tills very understandable of the 2 toddlers and the autistic teen, great service all round

Great service by the young man in charge of footwear, I tried some footwear on and unfortunately they were too big, I carried on shopping and he later came and found me saying he found some that might be my size,i tried them and they were a great fit.Also got a nice discount at the till, Cheers Kia,Poppy, George

Kia was fantastic , unreal customer service and she was so friendly. She’s a real credit to the company and I will likely come back to buy all of our 4 children’s hiking boots due to Kia. Very happy with the wetsuits and with the quick delivery service and subsequent return - bought 3 x wetsuits knowing 2 would fit the 2 people that needed and 1 could be returned to the shop

I was looking for a pair of boots suitable for metal detecting over difficult terrain. Chad, the assistant. was knowledable, helpful and honest. He wanted me to leave the shop with the right product for me and not just sell a pair of boots.

Chloe helped me find a pair of hiking shoes, she was so helpful and patient making sure I had the right size and fit for what I needed with my wide feet! Thank you so much!

Very helpful guys in the Gloucester store helped us out tremendously. Within ten minuetes of us explaining or problem we were sorted and on our way.

Straight forward to do a return of online order items. Very helpful assistant who tried to find out if I could have a refund or replacement of a faulty item however manager said this was not possible because of out of guarantee time frame. Not a surprise to me, but at least the assistant tried.
