The staff were super friendly and helpful made it a great shopping experience, nothing worse than staff who don’t want to be there but these guys were brilliant thank you.

I was served by Steve today he was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Good advice provided in a friendly way by Jake & Steve. Bought an Osprey rucksack following their recommendations for what I wanted. Came away happy with my choice.

Once in shop was asked by steve if we had a membership card. He was very friendly and polite. He left us to look around not like other stores where staff approach you as soon as you walk in.
The shop was clean and warm. Plenty of stock to look at.
Will come again.

Found the staff helpful and friendly when looking for a hat for my grandson and was able to make a welcome saving after having the advantages of a Discount Card explained to me. Many thanks Steve, Alex and Jake for a pleasant shopping experience.

Purchased a new Rab jacket from this little Halifax store and was really happy with the jacket and the service I was given from Cass, Steve and Alex, will most certainly be back before the Black Friday deals end

Reserved an item for collection in store, I receive a text message to say that the item needs to be collected by the evening of the next working day. I work a full time job and their stores are only open 9-5.30 every day. On the same day I receive another text message me to remind me to come and collect my order. I ask my manager to finish work a bit earlier so I can go and pick up the order. I then arrive at the store 15 mins before closing time and I show the text messages to the shop assistant and she says 'those messages are sent from the head office, it's got nothing to do with us, we normally keep the orders in for 1 week' Well I say can you see how stressful it can be receiving those text messages one after the other. Please review your policy and please stop sending those type of texts to your customers as they can be very stressful and create a negative experience.
I then get to pay for my item and they wanted to charge me the full price. I say that online there was an extra15 Black Friday code I applied to my order. A bit reluctant the manager applied the code. Had I not said anything would've I been charged the full price?! Very strange shop, this was a Christmas present for somebody else but I don't think I'll ever shop here unless it's a present for somebody else. Happy to provide proof of the text messages.

Both Jake and Steve were immediately at hand to provide any assistance. Made the transaction seamless with a freindly customer focused atmosphere.

The staff in store when I was shopping was really knowledgeable and helpful, I told them what I wanted but wasn't sure on which brand would best suit my needs, the help I got was great. I've shopped in this particular store afew times now and every time I go in, there is always a warm greeting and staff going above and beyond every single time. I'll most certainly be shopping there again

The Halifax store is only a small store but had plenty of items in stock to chose from. As always the staff were very helpful and gave constructive advice on what was available both in store or could be ordered in.
