I attended go outdoors today and was greeted by one of the shop attendants Sarah she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful it really made my shopping experience so easy , I was in the week prior with my son shopping for walking boots and again the service we were given was perfect. Go outdoors really has hugely improved stocking current and trendy brands and it is now my go to if I ever need a treat and some retail therapy 🥰 thanks team keep up the good work.

Was served by a lovely lad called Scott. Very friendly and helpful. Felt like I knew him and his family by the time I left. I love that! You don’t get that online!
Also it’s a great shop. Right in the centre of Keswick, not miles out of town like other Go Outdoors shops.

Unusually helpful customer service in Keswick store. A pleasant young lady, Chloe was helpful in not making us feel rushed when purchasing a swiss army knife. Wish there were more like Chloe in shops.
