It was easy to order on line
It was easy to order on line, was able to pop into the store and pick up the new day sack. Would have ben great to get the "Membership price" as well as using Klarna to spead it over 3 months which would have made it even better. However, looking fwd to getting out and getting it tested when we're out and about.

A very pleasant, helpful experience
I went in today to look for some new trainers and being between a ladies size 8and 9, it is never easy. Donna was extremely helpful and fetched lots of examples for me to try.
She was patient, listened to what I was saying and I came away with a pair of perfect Merrels. She was also very jolly and she brightened my day. Thank you Donna ☺️

Click and collect was confusing as…
Click and collect was confusing as DHL kept emailing me saying they will deliver to my home. When I rang store..they weren't helpful . It got delivered to store. When collected..the girl was not really bothered with customer service.

I was looked after so well
There was a good range of shoes on offer and I really appreciated Donna's help in finding the right ones for me. She was knowledgable, thoughtful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She understood how best to help me given the problems with my legs. Quite exceptional service.

Visited today and as always help was given and advice….Wouldn’t go anywhere else for our camping, hiking and sons scouting supplies, their customer service is second to none and nothing is ever too much! We’ve bought many tents from them over the years, hiking boots, and much more! I’d recommend to all! :)

We bought a bike from this store
We bought a bike from this store. After about a week it had a few niggles, but upon returning to the store Grant, the bike technician, sorted them all out and explained features about the bike to get more enjoyment from it. Thanks Grant.
