I was look after in a quick helpful polite manner. The boots I bought are of excellent quality. They are replacing an 8year old pair of treking boots.
So walking regularly on all manner of surfaces,I really need a good sturdy pair to replaced the old pair
I'm very happy with my new leather Peter Storm boots.

Was served by Harri. Nice bloke, clear and helpful. Staff were attentive and store was clean. Harri was able to help with queries. However to get charged £5 to use a blue light card…. what?!
Harri did explain why (you can only use a blue light card with an GO membership) just a shame that the company policy is so wrong.

Went into the Lowestoft retail this…
Went into the Lowestoft retail this afternoon, walking into the unknown world of outdoor clobber. I was kindly assisted and assured by Harry, he made sure all my queries and worries were answered and even went out of his way to make we had the most fantastic experience on our visit today. I highly recommend Peter Storm 1/4 zip jumpers.
I’ve always dreamt of walking in the warmth during this cold season of the year and even at my house now due to cost of living crisis. Thank you Harry! You have solved my concerns and issues with global warming and who knew Peter Storm was the solution!
I am now going to venture out to the Scottish Everglades and maybe one day climb some snowy mountains in my smart new Peter storm gear.
I’ve never felt so warm and happy in my life.
P.s I have got 2x 1/4 zip jumpers that I will never take off again.
