GO Outdoors - Manchester Arndale Avis 

I was looking for a new rucksack, I'd been advised to try GoOutdoors. The selection was well laid out but I was concerned with capacity and versatility of materials
I enquired to a couple of staff for help
Enter Nathan and Emmanuel;
They explained the pros and cons clearly; encouraged me to inspect the available choices
All the while respecting my comments
It felt a triumph when selecting my rucksack and both Nathan and Emmanuel were essential to that decision and I feel they should be recognised

I received great customer service today at the Arndale store. A team member gave me access to the chabging rooms without any delay and Aimee served me on tills, she was engaging and interested in a friendly chat. I felt seen and supported. I find shopping challenginf because I have ADHD. But the staff team made my shopping trip easy and enjoyable.

As always Go Outdoors well stocked and clearly organised, I found what I needed quickly, with the minimum of fuss. Samantha was my assistant and was excellent in helping with a refund and her product knowledge.

I had a really positive experience shopping in the Manchester Arndale store. Jane was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially when assisting me with my membership card and the members-only price on the trainers I purchased. She took the time to make sure everything was sorted and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Wonderful store! We ran in late packing for our camping holiday and they were so so helpful and saved us so much money! Can not recommend them enough thank you ❤️

I went in with the purpose of finding the perfect pair of hiking shoes, Sophie ended up spending about an hour, painstakingly going over many different types and brands and fits. She has gone into incredible detail on all of them and was incredibly helpful, very informative and has helped with everything we could possibly need. I never felt like I should have left a tip after visiting a shop before, thank you Sophie you did amazing. (They should absolutely give you a bonus/reward both.)

Excellent service from Cleo who was very helpful and understanding when I needed to return a pair of sandals. No quibble and I soon had a refund and a replacement pair at the now cheaper price.

I am visiting from the US and going to a camping festival, and Emmanuel was such an amazing help. He explained all the deals to me and helped me find where everything was.
