First time hiker
First time hiker - I can't recommend Jackie enough. I have large, wide feet and needed some walking boots for a trip in June 26. I'd been putting it off (not knowing what to expect) but Jackie answered all of my questions and had loads of suggestions for boots to try. She helped me find the perfect pair and I can't wait for my walking weekend. Thank you so much for a really positive experience.

Walking boots with Tom
Tom, who helped us yesterday, was brilliant. He was more than helpful, without being pushy, and very knowledgeable about the walking boots we were buying. He also checked in with us while we were still shopping, and took our purchases to the till for us so we didn't have to carry them round the shop. Very polite. Very helpful. Thank you Tom.

Helpful staff…
I bought a pair of walking boots and needed to try on many pairs before I found the right pair for me. Tom was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Individual service makes all the difference.

Five star service
Visited this store last night and want to say absolute five star service from Matt he was brilliant with helping my son to choose walking boots, he chatted directly to him, was pleasant, funny and just overall great! He is a credit to the store. Also want to give a shout out to the girl who was on the till that evening didn't catch her name (dark hair) she was lovely and also a credit to the store. Always a clean, tidy, well set out store.

Orders kept getting cancelled
I ordered a coat 3 times and every time the order got cancelled, went to a store an hour and a half Away as they said they had one in stock, yet again nothing when we got there. ( I tried ringing before hand but no answer)
