GO Outdoors - Preston Avis 

Had to return a tent as the bag was ripped and I picked up the wrong size carpet, shane helped us, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. They have some really good deals on tents and we are really happy with the one we picked

We had a split tent pole for a Eurohike Rydal 500 and went in to see if we could get a replacement part. They didn’t have that pole but Calvin used another pole to replace the split part. Thank you so much. What great customer service in the store from everyone we dealt with! So friendly and helpful. Thank you!

All the staff i came into contact with were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell.I was looking for a particular nozzle for my Berghaus shelter as I had lost mine I had exhausted the Internet and local stores who all told me the same thing.They were not made anymore and impossible to get.The manager said to leave it with him and would try his best. Imagine my joy when he rang me to say he had found one for me What a Star a credit to the company.

Olly was very helpful he talked me through everything got to do with camping and even recommended places talked to me about the law behind it aswell very good first experience and Iam now a member of go outdoors with the members card

I ordered a product, Grillo Chef 40. On the deal they where offering, 1 instock, had confirmation i could collect the following day at 12.20. Got there and waited 20 minutes,to then be told its was not their. Staff where polite and helpful, but not bbq and some what deflated with experience! I guess a deal too good to be true🤔

Really good service by Sara and her colleague (Make with dark hair & beard).
Sara welcomed me into the store, was very polite, directed me to ‘Collect’ and served me later at the till, when I made a further purchase. Really pleasant experience.

5 star experience and care from Mark and Calvin on my recent visit.
I am currently on crutches and Mark helped me out completely getting what I needed together. He was also able to advise me on what I needed to get and the best options.

We went in for advice on how to repair or replace a section of split tent pole. They didn't have the correct sized piece in stock. Calvin went above and beyond our expectations by finding a piece in the backstore and repaired it himself free of charge. He is a credit to himself and Go outdoors and he has our gratitude.

My mum and I came into the store today and was advised the store closed in 5 minutes.
We quickly rushed to the footwear department to purchase some sandals for my autistic son. We struggled to find any his size when a young colleague Alfie helped us and explained what they had in stock and what they didn’t. As my son is in between children and adult sizes we couldn’t find a pair and was about to walk out when Alfie said they had a size for my son in a different colour - they were perfect and we went ahead and purchased them! Alfie is an exceptional colleague who should be recognised for his outstanding customer service!!

We had reason to return our recently purchased tent to Go Outdoors in Preston.
We were promptly dealt with by Mark who was excellent to deal with, he was so helpful and really good to discus various camping issues. The whole experience with Go Outdoors was so efficient and would not hesitate recommending the Preston branch and a big thankyou to Mark
