Signed up for text message alerts to receive 10% voucher code. All good, drive 35 mins to my local store and tried to buy £150.00 of camping gear, needed to renew my membership card, that's fine, then store assistant refused to scan voucher as online only purchase to receive discount! Over 1 Hr round trip waisted, so I left the goods on the store countertop and left empty handed. There was signs up saying 10% discount for students... Will not renew my go outdoor card and buy the stuff off Amazon instead.

I appreciate I should of read the voucher terms and conditions but it would cost Go outdoors more money to send with courier costs as they include free delivery?

Lovely helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate me in particular Amy who was a star 🤩 The store is clean (including the toilets) and nicely set out.

Maxine was so helpful sorting our a chair for me. All the staff as always went above and beyond.

Excellent service. Carol went above and beyond. She helped when I was looking for a pair walking boots and pointed out a pair on the sale counter that were of better quality and cheaper than the ones I was looking at

First time visiting, needing to get the essentials for my first time camping. Could find most of what I needed easily enough. The prices are reasonable especially with the discount card and the student discount is an added bonus! Nicky was excellent at helping us and made us feel relaxed about the experience!

Prices and offers so good and a very helpful lovely member of staff called Sue served us at the till. Pleased with our purchases.

The stuff were very helpful, not pushy at all. I’m Jake the gentleman that helped me was courteous and bent over backwards to help me find and get what I needed.

Nothing was too much trouble for Max .The tables & chairs we were interested in were not on display so she happily unpacked & demonstrated how to set them up for us to make our choice. This was all done with a smile on her face. She then took everything to the checkout for us where her colleague Danni put everything through the till . It was our first time in the Store & we were very impressed with the staff such a pleasant change in this day & age . Thankyou
