We went into go outdoors sheffield to…
We went into go outdoors sheffield to spend quite abit of money but we had no knowledge of what we would need to go camping we asked several members of staff who literally wouldnt help us and basically brushed us off, but then... we bumped into a member of staff called RAF he was brilliant he helped us find everything we needed and went above and beyond to even demonstrate some items we was interested in and found us everything we needed this resulting in me and my friend spending over £400 and now we have recommended to our other friends who are coming with us and they are going in to spend the same 😁.

Great tent
Great tent, preferred choice by our teenager, for under fifty quid. Sold out in the shop but arrived at the door a couple of days later in perfect condition.

Wrong shoes right box....
Unfortunately the shoes I was assured were in stock were not, not necessarily their fault, the wrong size shoes were in the box. Lisa did her best to help us successfully locate a pair locally. Great customer service and attitude. Thank you Lisa.

180th Scout Leader
As a Scout Leader, finding good kit at a reasonable price is always difficult, especially when you’re looking for bulky items or a number of the same things. Go outdoors always has a great selection of good Kit at reasonable prices in the first place, but then benefits the additional scouting discount and also knowledgeable people. Lisa has served me twice now, and is an absolute credit to her team. Knowledgeable, bubbly, kind and helpful, even offering to help me get the heavy stuff back to the car. 5 stars ❤️
