Had a text to say my click n collect…
Had a text to say my click n collect order is ready for collection, went to the store and they had nothing for me!. Waiting patiently for about 1 hour while they tried to sort it for me which was a very big inconvenience for me and
a missed a doctors appointment because of it, my patients was starting to run out by then. they finally rescheduled it for a further click n collect pick up and offered me just a 15% discount for my inconvenience which i thought was an insult to be honest.
My experience with this was terrible and a very big inconvenience for me.

I bought a pair of walking boots and…
I bought a pair of walking boots and they was faulty but supervisor megan was really nice and help to resolve the issue with the boots couldn’t recommend enough.
