Exchanged a pair of defective walking shoes that were bought only 5 months ago . No quibble exchange allowed me to buy a different pair of different make . Staff very helpful and made the whole experience very stress free. Served by Hollie!

I came to buy some walking shoes and was helped by Helen. She was so helpful, friendly and keen to help me find what I was looking for, which I eventually did!

Popped in for one thing and as always left with a few bits more. Had a lovely chat with Fay while she served us, making sure we had everything we needed and also chatting about all things camping. Really lovely to deal with and very friendly. Credit to the company.

A lovely young pleasent young man in the fishing department stop stocking his shelf's to help me and stayed with me to find what else I was looking for even though he had other customers waiting then at the till I was served by gay what a beautiful and polite young lady she was it was overall a great experience to visit your store today thank you and your staff and keep up the great work your all doing

Went for a pair of walking shoe’s / boots
plain & simple Well till I got there .. slim fit wide fit comfy fit shock absorbent water proof etc etc head was battered .. then I found Alice I asked for size 11 brought me some back to try on & also asked if I’d be doing more walking / hiking so I told her she advised a certain merrell boot I tried them in a size12 👌🏻👌🏻 save me a lot of time & frustration

I was stuck for walking boots as am going on trip, helen on footwear pointed me on the right direction, she assist me which footwear were the best. So i went on the ramp to test them out they are confortable shoes . Felt welcome in the store, thankyou.

Holly was helpful, friendy, and happy how nice to go to a shope where the staff are polite and helpful

The man on the footwear department was very helpful, I find it very difficult to find comfortable walking boots but he was patient without being pushy, we found a pair of boots that worked for me. Katie at the tills was also customer friendly.

Bought another 3 OS Explorer maps for our touring holidays. Once again by far the cheapest seller available. Click and collect so easy (staff now recognise me!) - though you are quite likely to end up buying something else as well. 😉

I needed replacement outdoor chairs and saw the deal in go outdoors. No need for any assistance, although the director chairs were a lot more substantial than the previous ones which were also bought at GO about 15 years ago.
