GO Outdoors - Stoke Avis 

Thank you to Hayley and Tom for sorting me out with a pair of very fine walking shoes. I have been trying to find. The right pair all summer and Hayley's knowledge was superb as was the Go Outdoors range. Time and money well spent.

I went Go Outdoors yesterday and was served by Harry. He was helpful and polite. Great experience.

Went in to get some camping supplies and found it easy to get string the store and find what we needed. Didn’t have to wait long to be served by Harry at the checkout. He was stood on the end checkout with the sun blazing on him. He was still jolly, friendly and polite despite being roasting hot! He helped with the chip and pin as the sun made it impossible to see the screen too.

Popped in for a few camping/bugout supplies. Grabbed a Eurohike Lantern and a Gerber STL 2.5 folding knife. Got to say both are fantastic quality, the lantern is far better brightness than I expected and the blade looks to be a good quality for the little jobs like rope trimming and repairs. Tested and sharpness seems fantastic.

Was served by Tom, friendly chap and quick service too.

10/10 always reliable for camping/emergency gear.

Love the products but the click and collect is a joke, no emails or texts, had to just wing it and go in store and ask after around 10 days of no correspondence, guy who sorted it out in store was sound though got it squared away for me, didn't get his name

We waited 40 mins to be served.
The service given by Theresa was certainly worth waiting for. Her knowledge and attentiveness was outstanding. As a sufferer of Plantar fasciitis I was over the moon with her help and suggestions. I left the store very happy with my new Brooks trainers.

Spoke to Joel D about the tent poles for our OEX Roof Tent that were damaged in use. He was so helpful and obviously knows his stuff. He gave us suggestions on their use and after inspection replaced the damaged poles. Thank you.
Katie D was very friendly greeting us at the store entrance too.

Guy working in walking boots department was really helpful, got us the right size and gave good advice sorry I didn't catch his name. Rory on the till was great really friendly helped sort out membership saved us over £100.

Very positive experience in store, especially at the till. I was served by Tom who was extremely welcoming and patient, especially as I was struggling with two restless kids! Thanks Tom!

Kyle was exceptional in guiding me towards the osprey rucsack that best suited my needs. I was hesitant to go for the nebula but he reassured me in both the quality of the product and the fit. Genuinely appreciated his support! ☺️
