GO Outdoors - Sunderland Avis 

As always, excellent service in our Sunderland store. Served by a lady called Sue, who was super helpful and had great product knowledge. Left with more than we went in for! Wish all customer service was as good as good as in this store.

Had to exchange a running jacket, Poppy was a pleasure to deal with, no problem returning for a smaller size at all! Thanks Poppy 😃🌟

Went in for some new boots, managed to find them right away and a team member was more than happy to get a couple sizes so I could try them on, even put them aside for me so I could continue shopping without carrying them Around. My go to place for anything outdoors, it’s always clean, well stocked and staff are always happy to help. Shout out to Sue and Angel, thanks for the help ladies!.

Good offer on camping chairs but it was staff that gets the review, Terri was fantastically helpful had my purchase found , advised and saved me money by going membership, 5 stars

I have been using go outdoors in sunderland for a few weeks now going every friday afternoon for my fishing baits for the weekend. All the staff have been briliant however i most highlight young nathan in the fishing department he is an absoulate star and will always try to go the extra mile to help not just me but any customer.

The assistants, Sue & Karen, were very helpfull and carried my purchase out to my car and then loaded the items for me. Top marks.

Visited Go Outdoors to purchase a tent. Terri was the staff member that helped me and was very good at helping me make the right choice without rushing me.

Went in to buy to buy a tent after having problems ordering online and got served by Emily who was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me

Walked in store today and straight away was greeted with a smile and a good morning from Sue , walked upstairs to send a couple of parcels and straight away a lovely gentleman started chatting asking if I was OK, same with the girl who served me , every member of staff smiled at me and said hello and it wasn't in a pestering way for me to buy ,each and every one of the staff is a credit to that store 😀

I popped into the store to look for a new pair of walking shoes, and I’m so glad I did. Drew, the shop assistant, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to understand where I’d be walking, what kind of fit I prefer, and even asked about the terrain and distances I usually cover.

Instead of rushing or pushing a particular brand, Drew talked me through several options, explained the differences in cushioning and support, and let me try everything at my own pace. His knowledge was spot‑on, and his friendly, down‑to‑earth approach made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Huge thanks to Drew for making the process so straightforward. Excellent service and a genuinely positive experience.
