GO Outdoors - Swindon Avis 

We visited the Swindon branch on 2nd August. We had a look around the store before Julie helped us with our purchase which she was very helpful and polite. Will visit this store again.

We visited Go Outdoors on Wednesday 5th August and was very pleased with the experience. Shelby and Bill provided exceptional assistance, and we were made to feel thoroughly valued throughout our visit. All the items we required were purchased smoothly and without difficulty. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Swindon branch of Go Outdoors.

While the shop at Swindon on 2nd August was extremely busy. Jordana and Tom were amazing and Tom’s knowledge helped us buy the correct Gas BBQ. Well done you two.

Came in to get our camping setup for the year and this one lady helped me need she was polite helpful and very professional i didn't catch her name unfortunately

Very helpful staff especially extremely knowledgeable young man at the camping tents section in Swindon. Then very good customer service by Francisco at the till.

Tom was great, went the extra mile in finding the tent in the store which wasn’t on display but ‘in stock’ so I bought it! Shelby in the fishing section was excellent too

A great shout out for Jay.Promptly called me to say an item was back in stock and served me in the yellow room as to avoid paying at main tills,as it was busy,when I came in to collect item.

Molly was very helpful today & got us the support we needed for the purchase of our new bbq.

I went into Go Outdoors with an unusual problem I had with a product. I really went in to flag the problem and didn't expect them to do much about it. Alice greeted me, listened and went above and beyond to help me out. She was courteous, helpful (and funny too). I really appreciated her help. Well done.

Cannot speak highly enough of the amazing customer service we received by Jo and her team at the Swindon store. Our family were camping an hour away when we experienced an issue with an airbeam of our Berghaus 600XL . Unfortunately the store didn’t have a direct replacement part available but to keep us camping for the weekend we were given a beam from a new tent to take away AND then offered to replace our damaged tent with a brand new one if we returned it. Fantastic and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Go Outdoors Swindon!!

Staff were very helpful and dealt with our enquiries efficiently and politely, especially Alice and Pedro who helped with a faulty item. I would highly recommend GoOutdoors Swindon.

We were served today initially today by Jay who directed us through the store to the items we were after. With the help of his colleague Alice hey were able to advise on the all the cool box products helping us get the perfect one for us .

My friend and I both needed to buy walking boots and walking shoes. The store assistant, Darren was very helpful from the first encounter and helped both of us to buy the perfect footwear, which made our experience enjoyable and worthwhile.

My friend & I had been to the Cotswold Outdoor store near Ashton Keynes but were disappointed by what was on offer, poor service & excessive pricing so we thought we would give Go Outdoors a go. Excellent. Firstly it was cool & airy. Masses of stock. Great choice. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Darren in the footwear dept was particularly kind, helpful & patient and seemed to know what stock was in re size, colour, brand etc. We both left with walking boots & hats & I also but some leggings and a zip top. The young lady on the till was also v helpful, smiley & super quick & efficient. My only suggestion for an improvement is to provide a good full length mirror in sports clothing dept.
