New hiking boots
I was looking for new hiking boots to carry on bagging Munros in Scotland. I asked for a bit of help and Tina was amazing. She gave me great advice on type, material and maintaining a quality boot. She readily help get a selection for me to try on, was patient and attentive whilst serving other customers. Thank you Tina for listening, answering my questions and finding me a great pair of boots.

GoOutdoors Thurrock great for buying a rucksack…
The Thurrock store had a great range of rucksacks in stock, each model being displayed fully packed with the empty ones for sale behind. I found one that I'm really pleased with. Kelly on checkout was really friendly and helpful. I needed help choosing a raincover for the rucksack and she called for an assistant who was there immediately. Again I got just what I wanted. You cannot beat shopping instore for this sort of thing and GoOutdoors Thurrock was great for service and price.

Exchange of christmas gift. Never shopped here before. 1 visit and some excellent service from a lady named Kelly and I will be a regular shopper.

Kelly greeted me as walk over to counter immediately, as always I turned up unorganized can't find order numbers, can't find right text. She was calm and worked her way through my orders, pointed out I cancelled one order but it turned up to store, Kelly dealt with the order needing cancellation, then my return and found my order that I couldn't find the order number for. She was calm and knew what she was doing.
