GO Outdoors - Torquay Avis 

All the staff were helpful and friendly,I asked a few questions and got the answers I needed.
The man on the checkout called Leon was fantastic, professional witty and very competent. As it was my first time in the store he led me through everything, I'm a member of the defence community and I appreciated his attitude and demeanour. Great guy, he needs promotion or a pay increase.

Helpful and friendly staff dotted around the shop floor, good range of products and a very proactive server on the tills (Holly) who talked us through membership and discounts.

Always pleasant shopping there, and Hollie was very helpful too. Good selection and some good prices.

I visited Go Oudoors Torquay Branch yesterday evening and wanted to mention the fabulous customer service provided by Leon and Bec. They could not have been more supportive, and pleasant to work with. We set up a member account in quick time and made a couple of great cost effective purchases. Leon actually noticed my Defence Discount Card which provided another 10% off the non-sales price items, many thanks, I would not have known otherwise. The service was so good, that we even went back in and bought another two chairs. Many thanks and I know we will return soon.

The manager who was on shift earlier today went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with a pair of sunglasses I recently purchased. He was very knowledgable, polite and professional. I will always shop here for any outdoor equipment.

I visited Torquay store today, upon my arrival I was greeted as usual by a good morning from a smiling member of the team. I found what I was looking for and was so happy when I say the 65% discount. Holly served me and was an absolute delight, very helpful and personable. Well done to all the team the service is consistently excellent.

Went to Go Outdoors Torquay and Rick was super knowledgeable and helpful helping me to find some shoes for my wide feet.

Stocks were low on summer footwear but the very helpful assistant Rick was able to present both trainers and sandals which fitted well and were the colour I wanted
I purchased both at a very reasonable discounted price
I havenow tried them at home and they will do the job very well, being comfortable and well made
I am always impressed with Go outdoors and this experience underlined the value choice and service which they provide

5 stars for Rick! He helped me choose out some fabulous shoes, that not only make it so i’m not slipping over everywhere, but also gave me advice on which ones were the most fashionable. everyone else was also very helpful but rick truly went above and beyond for me :)
