Very friendly helpful staff especially Ruth on checkout and the chap in the footwear section.

Went in clueless, but Emily was super helpful giving me recommendation for camping mats and a stove and helping me get the right gas off the top shelf! Got everything I needed and the equipment worked great for my first camping trip!

Easy to order, delivery in good time, a reasonable price, quality item.

My wife and I went seeking advice regarding our Berghaus pump for our Air Tent. Little did we know or expect the time, help and attention we got over such a simple item. Reece, (the Shop Manager) certainly went above and beyond, leaving us in no doubt that his actions deserves recognition.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially the female supervisor at the checkout and also a lady called Ruth who searched all of the trousers for the size we needed, she even went and looked in the store room. Very pleasant experience. X

A well laid out store, able to go straight to what I wanted. Very helpful assistant in Mya when renewing my membership. The car park could do with some pothole repairs though.

Got a pair of sandals in August 25 went on holiday June 26 sandals started cutting into foot had a look at sandals on right on something was sticking out and cutting into my foot.
Took back to go outdoors on 25 June 26 spoke to Ken who said couldn't do any thing because they had been worn. I had only worn for under two weeks .After pointing out merrel 1 year guarantee he had a couldn't care less attitude and made a sarcastic remark when walking out.I don't expect anything will be done about this so I will be getting in contact with the manufacturer as well.

Excellent service from Emily who pointed out an offer that I had missed. Staff were very pleasant despite the fact that they were clearly suffering in the heat as there appeared to be no air conditioning in the store.
